1. What we collect1. 我们收集什么
When you use the inquiry form or email us, we collect: your name, company, email address, country, the service you are interested in, product type and number of models (if you give them), and your message. If we later work together, we may also receive project files and, for health-check reports, plant performance data that you authorize us to read.
The free estimate tool runs in your browser. The values you type into it are not sent to us.
当您使用咨询表单或给我们发邮件时，我们会收集：姓名、公司、邮箱、国家/地区、您感兴趣的服务、产品类型与型号数量（如您填写）以及留言内容。如果之后开展合作，我们还可能收到项目文件；做健康检查报告时，还会收到您授权我们读取的电站发电数据。

2. Why we use it2. 使用目的
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a written scope and quote, deliver the service you request, keep business and legal records, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
用于回复您的咨询、准备书面范围与报价、提供您所要求的服务、保存业务与法律记录以及履行法定义务。未经您同意，我们不会将您的信息用于无关的营销。
3. Consent3. 同意
We collect and use the details you enter in the form based on your consent, given by ticking the box before you send it. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will explain what that means for any ongoing work and then stop using the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
我们基于您在发送表单前勾选同意框所给予的同意，收集和使用您填写的信息。您可随时通过邮件撤回同意；我们会说明这对进行中的工作有何影响，随后停止使用相关数据，法律要求保留的除外。

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers for website hosting, email and file storage, who may only process data for us. We may disclose data if the law requires it. For health-check reports, plant data is used only for that owner’s report.

Our service providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the data receives protection comparable to the PDPA standard.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above and for business and legal records. When details are no longer needed, we delete or anonymise them, except where we must keep them by law.
